Measurement of a wide range of chemical classes found in beer and wine, including alcohols, organic acids, carbohydrates, sugars, amino acids, nucleotides, polyphenols, vitamins, and additives. Nutritional values can also be determined, including calorific values, total carbohydrates, total amino acids, and %ABV.
